Pew Recommends Ways to Improve MA Debt Claim Bill

On Oct. 19, 2021, The Pew Charitable Trusts submitted written testimony to the Massachusetts Legislature’s Joint Financial Services Committee regarding An Act Relative to Fairness in Debt Collection (H. 1168/S. 663), which would make debt collection lawsuits easier for defendants to navigate.
