58% of rural Americans say access to high-speed internet is a problem in their area. The Arapaho and Shoshone Indians of Wyoming decided to take matters in their own hands to connect all 3,645 homes and businesses around the sparsely populated reservation. With literal miles of desert between homes, how will they do it?
