Pew Testifies Before House on Need to Invest in National Parks

On Feb. 6, Rebecca Knuffke, officer with The Pew Charitable Trusts’ campaign to restore America’s national parks, testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies during Public Witness Day about the need for robust appropriations and dedicated funding to help address billions of dollars of repairs within the National Park System. Public Witness Day provides organizations and individuals the opportunity to publicly present their positions before committee members. Knuffke’s testimony can be read below.
