Pew Submits Testimony on Costs of Not Investing in Infrastructure Repairs at National Parks
The Pew Charitable Trusts submitted a written statement for the February 7 House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing on the nation’s infrastructure challenges, “The Cost of Doing Nothing.” In particular, Pew emphasized that the National Park Service (NPS) has a nearly $12 billion backlog of infrastructure needs and that any infrastructure proposal must include provisions to help address priority NPS repairs.
