Pew Calls for Increased Data Sharing Between Health Systems, Applications

The Pew Charitable Trusts sent a letter Jan. 10, 2018, to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology asking it to expand the data available for clinicians and patients to access through the use of application programming interfaces—tools that allow two systems of software applications to communicate with each other.
