Letter to the Pacific Fishery Management Council Re: Agenda Item G.1 - Consideration of Forage Fish Management Issues

Steve Marx, senior associate with the Pacific Fish Conservation Campaign, provided written testimony calling for the Pacific Fishery Management Council to clearly establish an objective of protecting unmanaged forage species from unregulated harvest by bringing them into a fishery management plan.
