The Pew Charitable Trusts and several other groups sent a letter March 14 to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, laying out possible characteristics of a National Health IT Safety Collaborative and urging the agencies to support efforts to establish such an entity.
