The Pew Charitable Trusts and the American Medical Informatics Association sent a letter Dec. 15 to leaders of the House and Senate health appropriations subcommittees, urging them to give the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology the resources it needs to implement an electronic health record reporting program. Congress established the program under the 21st Century Cures Act.
