Pew Calls for Certification Criteria for Pediatric Electronic Health Records

The Pew Charitable Trusts and several other groups sent a letter Sept. 29 to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology asking it to develop certification criteria for electronic health record systems designed for children, with the goal of improving patient safety.
