On Feb. 13, The Pew Charitable Trusts sent a letter to every U.S. senator expressing opposition to a resolution that would throw out the Bureau of Land Management’s 2016 land planning guidance, which afforded citizens a greater opportunity to express their opinions on how public land is managed.
