The Pew Center on the States' Military and Overseas Citizen Voting Project is one of seven Make Voting Work initiatives underway to improve U.S. elections.  Specifically, the Military and Overseas Citizen Voting Project addresses the complex process facing military and overseas citizens attempting to register to vote and cast their absentee ballots.  This summary highlights challenges that these voters currently face and offers solutions.
