Pennsylvania Malpractice Study

The Project on Medical Liability in Pennsylvania released results of a statewide survey that found nearly nine out of 10 small business owners in Pennsylvania--88 percent--say they are concerned that increasing costs of medical malpractice insurance for doctors will cause them to drop health insurance coverage for their employees.
