On July 23, 2010, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued the Mid-Session Review for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 Budget.1 The OMB review provides updated estimates for federal spending, revenue and economic projections, which were last presented in the president's budget proposal released in February 2010.
