The City of Corvallis, Oregon has asked the Benton County Health Department to conduct an HIA on a City Council zoning proposal that would expand urban agriculture, including small livestock operations, within city limits. The results could help inform how the City creates new opportunities for healthy food production, with particular attention to current gaps in food access.
