This presentation was given at the training in Little Falls, Minnesota on March 19-20, 2013. It was one of two trainings in Minnesota hosted by the Health Impact Project, with funding from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation.
The Health Impact Project and the Blue Cross Foundation also announced a competitive request for proposals to fund up to three HIA demonstration projects in the state.
