Health Impact Assessment at the County Level

In September, a bill requiring health impact assessments for new road projects was introduced for consideration by the Montgomery County Maryland Council. At the request of the Council, Dr. Wernham joined Professor Keshia Pollack from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and County Health Director Uma Ahluwalia to lead a discussion on HIA.
