Overview

Mauritania has a large fisheries catch, but a significant share is unreported. “Catch reconstruction” is an approach that supplements official data with information from a broad range of sources. This fact sheet presents a domestic catch reconstruction study of Mauritania (Belhabib et al., 2012).
