Lilly Kan
PROFILE
Lilly Kan directs Pew’s public health data improvement project, which supports efforts at the federal and state level to enable the rapid and effective use of health data to advance Americans’ well-being.
Prior to joining Pew, Kan was a senior director with the National Association of County and City Health Officials, where she worked to support local health departments in addressing emerging public health infectious disease threats, improving immunization delivery, and increasing access to and use of data through projects funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Kan holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Macalester College and a master’s in public health, with a concentration in infectious diseases, from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
