Ashleigh Cirilla is a senior manager with the Pew Bertarelli Ocean Legacy Project. She works with the team’s in-country staff and contractors to develop and advance campaign strategies and provides program support for all campaign sites.
Before joining Pew, she was an in-house attorney with the U.S. Green Building Council, focused on sustainability in urban development. Cirilla also worked on international treaties and laws in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Office of General Counsel for international law.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Niagara University, a Juris Doctor from Villanova University, and Master of Laws in international environmental law from George Washington University.
