Comparative Analysis of Philadelphia Conditions and Trends

In February 2007, the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Center of the Urban Institute revisited an analysis of American cities conducted in 1998. The comparative analysis below was published with a view towards showing how conditions have changed for Philadelphia and its region since the first report.
