In the two months since the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf, there has been an unprecedented level of action on Capitol Hill. Dozens of hearings are scheduled and more than 40 bills have been introduced with the aim of reforming, creating and updating energy, drilling and marine legislation.
