Philadelphia Cultural Leadership Program

The Philadelphia Cultural Leadership Program identifies regional cultural organizations that meet high standards of programmatic, fiscal and management performance, and awards multi-year, unrestricted operating grants to encourage their further growth and development.

Philadelphia Cultural Leadership Project applicants are evaluated against an index of organizational health that is based on national standards for well-managed arts institutions.

The Philadelphia Cultural Leadership Program is complemented by the Philadelphia Cultural Management Initiative, which helps arts groups become organizationally stronger by addressing such areas as marketing, technology planning, financial management, strategic planning, fund-raising and staff training. The initiative is funded through a grant to the University of the Arts.
