11/28/2011 - The Cultural Data Project (CDP) is gathering reliable, longitudinal data from more than 12,000 arts and cultural groups across the country, empowering researchers and advocates with information to make the case for arts and culture. A new CDP infographic, “The Scope of Our Arts & Cultural Sector” puts this information into a lively, interactive map. Users can click on a CDP state to view a snapshot of aggregate data along a number of quantifiable measures.

With more groups providing data every day and more states joining each year, the infographic will be continuously updated.
