05/18/2010 - The Queensland government is facing further opposition over its controversial Wild Rivers legislation. This time, it's coming from the Channel Country in the southwest of the state. The Lake Eyre Basin is the next in line for wild rivers protection and cattle producers are worried their livelihoods are under threat.
But a bigger fight over wild rivers is brewing in Cape York.
