Mayor of Philadelphia Introduces the 311 Contact Center

03/02/2010 - A new report by Pew’s Philadelphia Research Initiative—A Work in Progress: Philadelphia’s 311 System After One Year—examines the city’s 311 contact system in its first year of operation and in relation to 14 other communities that operate 311 systems.

In a promotional video announcing the Philly311 system, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter describes the service as being all things to all callers, “where everything is coordinated, saving you and the city time and money.”
