05/07/2008 - Large-scale farming is a big part of modern agriculture. Many of the meats we buy come from factory-style farms. But recent research indicates those facilities may pose environmental and health hazards, and that they aren't necessary to satisfy global food demands. We discuss these findings and examine the future of farming.
