10/10/2007 - You can’t hear the children speak, but the anticipation on their faces shares their silent hope.
From 4 years old to about 16, the children in the Heart Gallery now on view at the James River Conference Center at Fifth and Court streets are looking for a “forever home” within a family who wants to adopt them.
“For many this is their last hope for adoption,” said Marie Graham, coordinator of adoption/foster care for Lynchburg Social Services.
