07/25/2007 - The economic progress of immigrants in the United States is slowing, in a trend that does not bode well for future generations, a new study says. The trend is partly due to a larger influx of immigrants with lower levels of education who earn lower wages, said the study released Wednesday by the Economic Mobility Project, an initiative of the non-partisan Pew Charitable Trusts.
