On July 23, Safe Banking Opportunities Project Director Matt Fellowes will speak at the National Conference of State Legislators’ Legislative Summit in New Orleans. As keynote of a session titled “The High Cost of Being Poor,” Fellowes will outline how low-income families are paying more of their income for everyday goods and services than other households and will highlight solutions that help communities and working families get ahead.
