International Arctic director Scott Highleyman and Oceans North Canada Nunavut director Chris Debicki will be speaking on "Arctic Policy in a Changing Climate" at the Bard Center for Environmental Policy, a graduate program at Bard College in the Hudson Valley of New York. Scott will be talking about the need for an international Arctic fisheries agreement in the "donut hole" region of the high Arctic. Chris will be discussing efforts to create a national marine conservation area in Lancaster Sound at the eastern entrance to the Northwest Passage.
