This event, held at Pew’s Washington, D.C. office, focuses on the obstacles faced by American military and civilian voters overseas. At the event, the Overseas Vote Foundation will unveil a new online tool designed to enable these citizens to register to vote and acquire absentee ballots no matter where they are based. A discussion will then follow, highlighting the many challenges overseas voters face and the policy options for addressing them.
