The Pew Charitable Trusts submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regarding proposed requirements for long-term care facilities.

The comments support provisions focused on encouraging the capture and exchange of unique device identifiers, as well as improving antibiotic surveillance and stewardship.
