The George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management has created a newsletter "A Briefing on Young Voters in 2004." In this issue Bob Carpenter from American Viewpoint and Anna Greenberg from Greenberg, Quinlan, Rosner Research present their insights from recent focus groups about how to reach two divergent groups of young people--connectors and on-the-verge voters.
