Fiscal Facts: The OMB Mid-Session Review

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued the Mid-Session Review (MSR) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 budget on September 1, 2011. It updates estimates for federal spending, revenue, and economic projections, last presented in President Obama's budget proposal released in February.
