Go 'After the Fact' with Pew

The Pew Charitable Trusts’ new “After the Fact” podcast brings you data and analysis on the issues that matter to you. Join experts from Pew and other special guests for the story behind the numbers and trends shaping some of society’s biggest challenges.

In each episode, you will hear from various experts on a range of topics and pressing policy issues. Subscribing to the podcast through a mobile app on your phone or via RSS feed on your computer will allow you to access new episodes when released.

Listen online and subscribe

It’s simple to listen to “After the Fact” directly from Pew’s website at pewtrusts.org/afterthefact. From our podcast home page, locate the episode of interest and click on the title to navigate to its landing page. Each individual episode page features an embedded audio player, along with Pew resources and information about the topic. The player has a play button in the bottom left corner.

It’s also easy to subscribe to automatically receive the latest “After the Fact” episodes. You can do so by clicking on the subscribe links on the player below, which features an introduction to the podcast.

Apple Podcasts app: All iOS devices contain the Apple Podcasts app. Once you open it, press the search button, which looks like a magnifying glass, on the bottom right of the screen. When the search window appears, type in Pew Charitable Trusts. Press the title once it locates the “After the Fact” podcast and press the Subscribe button to the right of the podcast name.
Android: A number of apps are available for download to access podcasts, including Google Play and Stitcher. Once the chosen app is on your device, it’s easy to find our podcast. Using the Google Play app, you can tap the Menu button on the top left side and select Podcasts. Press the Search button on the top right and enter Pew Charitable Trusts. Once our podcast appears on your screen, select Subscribe and Auto-download to receive the latest episodes. In Stitcher, open the app and search for Pew Charitable Trusts. Select the plus sign, add our podcast to your Favorites, and new episodes will download to your device.
