Finding Sustainability: Recommendations to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission 7th Regular Session of the Commission

The Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC) is the newest and largest Regional Fisheries Management Organization (RFMO) responsible for managing highly migratory fish stocks. At its 7th Regular Session, the Pew Environment Group provided recommendations to help ensure the conservation of shark populations and tuna populations and to address illegal, unregulated and unreported (IUU) fishing.
