Phone Briefing: Poland Climate Talks

On Tuesday, November 25, 2008, leading international climate experts joined Senator John Kerry (D-MA) on a phone briefing regarding the climate talks in Poznan, Poland taking place December 1-12, 2008. During the call, the experts discussed the current state of play for the international climate change negotiations, potential outcomes and the role of President-Elect Obama.
