Susan F. Haindl
Managing Director, Operations
Susan F. Haindl serves as managing director of Operations for The Pew Charitable Trusts. In this capacity she oversees Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities Management and is responsible for setting policy, establishing priorities and managing overall resource allocation to further facilitate and enhance the dynamic work of the institution.
Ms. Haindl previously held positions at Exelon, managing merger integration planning for IT and leading the planning and business office organization for IT. She was senior vice president and chief administrative officer at Exelon’s subsidiary, Infrasource Inc., a national specialty contractor. Her responsibilities included oversight of Information Technology, Human Resources, Real Estate and Communications. In addition, Ms. Haindl has worked as chief information officer and vice president of Technology at Keystone Automotive Operations, senior manager at Deloitte & Touche, and vice president of Customer Service and IT at Kiwi Brands, a division of Sara Lee Corporation. She began her career at Sears, Roebuck and Company.
Ms. Haindl earned an M.B.A from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
