The Pew Charitable Trusts will keep all test results and all candidate profiles confidential, in accordance with applicable labor laws and personal data protection laws. These service providers will equally be subject to the obligation to process the information in a lawful manner and will solely process your personal data for recruitment purposes, in a transparent and non-discriminatory manner.
The information you provide on the application form will amount to “personal data” as this term is defined under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and any other applicable laws relating to the protection of personal data (together the “Acts”), and some of this data may also qualify as “sensitive personal data” under the French Data Protection Act.
By accepting this policy and choosing to submit your personal data and sensitive personal data, you consent to The Pew Charitable Trusts, located at 2005 Market St., Suite 2800, Philadelphia, PA 19108, and at 901 E. Street NW, Washington, DC 20004, and at other locations within the United States and around the world, and to the processing of data relating to you in connection with your application for employment and for related legal, personnel, administrative and management purposes.
